The millinery headband is made of buckram, it is wired with firm but adjustable wire so you can shape it easily to fit your hairstyle. It is covered in layers of interfacing and silk satin draped in irregular ruffles. It is handsewn in millinery couture technique.

The removable birdcage veil is made of french veiling. Attached to a flat hair comb, that you can easily slide under the headband and style it yourself. The size is adjustable thanks to millinery wire inside the headband.
